Custom Spec Homes

Cathance Shores, LLC has recently completed construction of two custom manufactured spec homes, a traditional home designed by Hilltop Log & Timber Homes and a cedar log home from Katahdin Cedar Log Homes. Cathance Shores contracted with local builders to construct both custom lakeside homes. Onion Town Builders constructed the Hilltop Log & Timber Home on Lot #15, and Fair & Square Builders built the Katahdin Cedar Log Home on Lot #5. Both builders offer significant experience with constructing Maine vacation homes and retirement homes. Specifications and photos of each custom home can be viewed from the respective icons below.
